So, I was walking down the street next to Bryant Park and this is what I saw: a man in an Elmo costume and his wife with a polaroid, taking pictures for a $1.

 

One night I was leaving a friend's place late, and I was kinda' nervous because I thought no one would be in the subway station. But, to my surprise (though it shouldn't have been) there were b-boys breakdancing for tips in the terminal. A crowd had gathered to watch them, mostly tourists. They were pretty good.
